Fiber Optics Group strengthens its governance with the appointment of a three-member Executive Committee.
Evry-Courcouronnes, France, January 8, 2026 – Fiber Optics Group (FOG), a leading global provider of fiber-based photonic solutions, is accelerating its growth strategy with the establishment of a strengthened executive leadership structure.
A collective leadership to unify and energize the Group
Since January 1, 2026, a three-member Executive Committee has been overseeing the Group’s three subsidiaries — SEDI-ATI, IDIL, and FiberTech Optica. This new leadership body is responsible for steering the Group’s strategic direction and driving operational efficiency to support its growth ambitions.
The Committee brings together three seasoned executives with complementary expertise:
Claire GUYONNET
President | Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO)
Graduated in management and international business, she brings over 30 years of experience at SEDI-ATI. Her deep understanding of the photonics market and strong strategic vision will help foster synergies among FOG’s subsidiaries while accelerating the Group’s international development.
Boris PEDRONO
Managing Director | Chief Technical and Operating Officer (CTOO)
A photonic instrumentation expert, he spent the past 25 years in various R&D, industrialization/production, and PLM roles at EXFO, HighWave Optical Technologies, EXAIL, and Cordouan Technologies before joining IDIL in 2019 as Sales Director. Overseeing the production, supply chain, and R&D teams, he will be responsible for implementing and managing the group’s industrial and innovation strategy.
Romain DUBREUIL
Managing Director | Chief Financial, Administrative and Support Functions Officer (CFAO)
With a strong background in corporate finance and auditing, he has held senior financial leadership roles with international groups including Moria, Amplitude Laser, Chargeurs, and Stelliant. His extensive experience in finance, M&A, and performance management will support the Group’s administrative, legal, and financial functions, and ensure the robustness of key support services such as HR, IT, general services, and quality systems.
Smooth transition and sustained ambition
Jean-François VINCHANT, who has served as President and CEO of Fiber Optics Group since 2023, is stepping down from executive duties to become Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Patrice LE BOUDEC, CEO of IDIL since late 2024, is also handing over executive responsibilities to dedicate himself to the Supervisory Board.
Both will support the new Executive Committee during the transition to ensure the seamless rollout of the Group’s strategy.
This new governance structure reflects FOG’s ambition to establish itself as the global leader in fiber-based photonic solutions — enhancing agility, innovation, and responsiveness to meet the demands of high‑tech markets, while building on recognized talent and a strengthened organization to support its long‑term growth trajectory.
